The MEL Makers call for projects launched by the city of Lille (in French: Métropole Européenne de Lille – MEL) organises crowdfunding campaigns for projects with circular economy and social innovation purposes. The Happy Drêche project is a good example, as it recovers a by-product from the brewing industry. +
The province of Zeeland is situated in the southwest of the Netherlands. It is bounded to Belgium on the south, the province of South-Holland on the north, the province of North-Brabant on the east and the North Sea on the west. Two estuaries cross the province: the Oosterschelde and the Westerschelde. The importance of the sea for the shaping of the province is well expressed in its name: Zee-land (literally translates to Sea-land), which indicates the situation of the province on the edge of water and land. +
The effect of biologic parameters on the productivity and efficiency of photosynthesis within the marine algae Rhodomonas sp. +
The influence of light, temperature and pH on the behaviour of microalgae and the results on the photosynthetic yield and productivity is a behaviour of the algae that is species specific. Biological parameters used to describe this behaviour will be studied using lab scale photo-bioreactors (PBRS).

Het begrip "wederzijds begrip" is besproken hetgeen betekent het herkennen en erkennen van elkaars wereldbeelden en je oordeel uitstellen met als doel het creëren van bewegingsruimte. Ook hebben we nog een praktijkvoorbeeld van een deelnemer besproken aan de hand van een "rijk plaatje". +

Na iedere sessie/workshop "reflectieverslag" maken: wat heb je geleerd, er uitgehaald en hoe toegepast in mijn werk/waar liep ik tegenaan (eigen ontwikkeling monitoren). Veerse competenties aan verbinden.
Participatie is ook verdelen verantwoordelijkheid.
Wat is het systeem waarin wij werken en wat zijn de losse elementen. Wat is het geheel? Wat zijn de relaties? Als dit in beeld is dan wordt de bewegingsruimte duidelijker.
Hoe kom je achter het wereldbeeld van een ander? Finding out: rijk plaatje. Hoe toe te passen in je werk?
Wederzijds begrip besproken. Onder wederzijds begrip verstaan we het herkennen en erkennen van elkaars wereldbeelden, je oordeel uitstellen waardoor bewegingsruimte ontstaat. +
