Preparedness and emergency planning

There are three types of pilot implementation processes:

• Goal oriented (see for instance the pilot in Reimerswaal)
• Participatory process oriented (pilots in the UK)
• Planning process oriented (pilots using DAPP approach in Denmark)

Differences are mainly based on the governance context, the organization in the lead in the pilot and the role in the FRGA.
