Project description
The client wants to be a part of the creation of a big leisure hall, consisting of ice skating, bouldering, indoor surfing and gym. As he already overtook most of the obstacles for the past 5 years, there are still plenty of challenges. The challenge now is to find the ROI for the investors and to assess the impact on the region in terms of sustainability.
Outcomes
An income statement is created together with other financial statements to show the ROI for the investors. Furthermore, several ideas are initiated in terms of sustainability in the region. An example of an idea is to implement monitoring mechanisms and data collection systems.
