Project description

The FBI program is a two-year course that trains students to become broadly employable professionals in the food and/or hospitality sector. The FBI program started out as nine students and is currently at six. Due to the lack of students, the FBI program must market to the correct personas. The garage team has been asked by the lead of the FBI program to come up with three personas in food retail, restaurant, and hospitality industry in hopes to obtain more students by Fall 2024.

Outcomes

Three personas are created in the hospitality, food/restaurant, and food retail sector to market the correct personas. The group also came up with creative ways to attract students, by for example hosting a food tasting event where students of the FBI program can showcase their talents through innovative dishes.
